-Indoor Marching Band Concert is Tuesday at 7:00pm in the HS Main Gym!
-Members who are not in Marching Band make sure you have all black for
your uniform.
-Band Boosters information will be included at the bottom of these emails so
keep reading for fundraising and other useful information about our needs and
how we are supporting our students

5:30pm - Band Room Opens
6:30pm - Jazz Band and Marching Band Call Time
7:00pm - Concert Starts
7:30pm - Approximate Jazz Band Start (location TBD)

Operations/logistics:
•The Awesome Volunteer Team this year made moving the band a breeze!
•Future Needs will be communicated soon as we continue construction and
modification of the Semi and our other trailers over the winter months.
•Planning for next year has already begun so be on the lookout for ways you
can get involved early
Special Events:
•Chili Cook-Off Jazz Night is coming on March 20. Auction Items and Other
needs will be communicated soon.
•MSBOA Jazz Festival will be hosted by CHS on March 14. Adult and Student
Help will be needed to help with this event and showcase our program to 15
schools from across Michigan.
Functions/Hospitality:
•Ushers and Greeters will be needed for our concerts as we start our indoor
season.
•The Uniform Team fresh off a great marching season has already started some fittings for concert uniforms. Look for volunteer requests especially as
we get into the hemming and sewing stages once everyone has been fitted.
