-Nice performance at the Indoor Marching Concert. Next scheduled event is the
Christmas Concert on December 18.
-The Operations Team needs some assistance with designing covers for mallet
instruments. See boosters information below for details.

Operations/logistics:
-Does anyone have experience working with neoprene or heavy canvas?
We are designing new waterproof covers for our mallet instruments and need help.

-Future Needs will be communicated soon as we continue construction and
modification of the Semi and our other trailers over the winter months.
-Planning for next year has already begun so be on the lookout for ways you
can get involved early
Special Events:
-Chili Cook-Off Jazz Night is coming on March 20. Auction items and other needs
will be communicated soon.
-MSBOA Jazz Festival will be hosted by CHS on March 14. Adult and student help
will be needed to help with this event and showcase our program to 15 schools from
across Michigan.
Functions/Hospitality:
-Ushers and Greeters will be needed for our concerts as we start our indoor season.
-The Uniform Team will be fitting uniforms on November 7 and 8 during 5th Macro. Look for volunteer requests soon.
